Our Upcoming Initiative

With a big focus on mental health across Australia and New Zealand during September and October (RUOK? Day, NZ Mental Health Awareness Week, and World Mental Health Day), we’re inviting all the organisations we work with to take part in a 3-week Mental Fitness Super-Challenge.

Why is it a super challenge?

Synergy Health will have all of our clients participating in the same challenge and (healthily) competing with one another!

This will provide fantastic benefits for employees and the organisations.

The initiative has been put together in collaboration with John Eatwell (M.A., Chartered Organisational Psychologist, Member of the Institute of Directors and Fellow of the NZ Psychological Society). John is passionate about helping organisations implement strategies that create environments where people and organisations do better.

Want to be involved?

For Your Employees

In teams, we will be inspiring employees to complete activities that promote mental health and contribute towards creating mentally healthy workplaces.

Activities will be educational, reflective and (most importantly) fun!

For Your Organisation

At the conclusion of the super-challenge, we will be providing organisations with key insights and feedback gathered from their own teams.

We’ll also give participating organisations the ability to compare their results with normalised data and trends pooled from across all our participating organisations or a specific subset e.g. Government, Council, Banking, Legal, Higher Education, etc!

Our participating clients will continue to benefit from the work our team do for them behind the scenes, utilising our leading-edge wellbeing platform and providing the necessary resources needed to successfully promote this initiative.

For You and Your Organisation

If you’d like to talk with us about organisational wellbeing and elevate your mental health initiatives this September. IT'S NOT TOO LATE!

Healthier humans make healthier workplaces
